YO! From Ipoh. Haha.

This weekend back in Ipoh is indeed an odd one. Its not like it was really fun, and it wasn't boring. It was.. eventful. In the sense where I barely had time where I didn't have anything specific to do.

Well. The main activity that I did the whole weekend was.. Lamp post-ing
with love, sighss.

Ma lai kou! (:

And of course, there was quite a lot of eating. We should always always have an open stomach for Ipoh food. See, one other bad thing about living away from home is that every time you get home, you just eat EVERYTHING. =\

Blue sky, white clouds.

On the way back from KL. It was indeed an experience, the kind where once is enough. The train, ETS, ran into some electricity problem in Kampar. So we were stuck in Tapah Road Station for 2 hours. Took us 5 hours to get back to Ipoh.

And we had VVIP tickets to the beach party. Thanks to Mr. Calvin. It was.. alright. Could've been really fun. If I actually had the right people to go with.

Which I did. Lamp post-ing excluded.

The hair/fashion/make-up show was pretty good though. I recognize some of my schoolmates as models or just.. there. That is just weird. We're so grown up now I'm not too sure if I like it.

At some point, the hospital got involved. But grandpa's hopefully okay.
Prayers and more prayers.

Finally met Ezzie and Jo. 4-1=0. But since unnie was the mangkuk.. Lol. Yeah.

I'm still okay.
I'm okay.
I'm okay.
I'll be okay.

At church last weekend, I saw something that made amused me, in a nice flippy way.

There was a black couple, walking into the auditorium and they were being ushered up the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs, before the man walked up, he offered his arm to the woman to help her up the stairs cause she was wearing some 5 inch heels (for some reason, most black women walk around with heels that tall all the time). It touches me that he actually realised, or remembered that his girlfriend's wearing real tall heels and would probably need help to climb those steps. Usually, the women would always reach out to hold on to the man, but she wasn't even going to hold him until he offered. And so, they walked up the stairs arms linked. Now, that is a gentleman.

Isn't that so sweet?
And so rare.

Time out.

"I'm sorry that I want so much and so little, but yet you're none of those."

I don't see another solution but only to walk down the road towards the end.
But i'm tired. So tired.
So lets stop walking for awhile.

Can I hitch a ride?

"Place me like a seal over your heart, like a seal on your arm; for love is as strong as death, its jealousy unyielding as the grave. It burns like blazing fire, like a mighty flame. Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot sweep it away. If one were to give all the wealth of one’s house for love, it would be utterly scorned." - Song of Solomon 8.6
